Brackets. The 2d engine is incredibly inefficient, and at least for me is the number one cause for fps drops. I can fight 100+ battles with ok fps as long as my overview and bracket settings are minimal.

Consider switching the scrambler into disruptor, the extra range is generally worth it. Otherwise it's almost the exact setup I use.

Just quick question here; why don't people use ham-launchers? They use less cpu but more grid, which won't be a problem when you fill your lows with power diagnostic systems? Ok, dps isn't hics primary function, but extra dps never hurts.
